Beach Rotana Residences – Abu Dhabi

A contemporary 314-unit hotel apartment complex, part of the iconic Beach Rotana. Working as interior consultant, Fulgini Contract designed and furnished both the apartments and lobby, combining spacious layouts with bespoke interiors. Natural materials, functional solutions, and Italian craftsmanship ensured a balance of comfort, durability, and elegance.

Residential Complex, Switzerland - 2022

Fulgini Contract developed the interiors for this 38-unit residential project, designed with a contemporary classic style. Warm tones, natural materials, and custom finishes gave the apartments both character and comfort, creating inviting homes tailored for long-term living.
